8. Law

This article shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding any conflict of laws provisions.

In case of any dispute arising from the use of the services under this article, you agree to submit the dispute to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration and to be heard by three arbitrators. The arbitral award shall be final and binding upon both parties. The arbitration fee shall be borne by the losing party.

Users can complain and report all kinds of illegal behaviors through the customer service mailbox listed at the end of this article. The software will accept and handle the complaints and reports of users in a timely manner.

Part of the content in this software is uploaded by the user, and the uploader shall be responsible for the uploaded content.
